how it works

Step 1
Residents place trash outside the door of their unit, which has been properly bagged and closed, in an approved bin by 8pm each night.
Step 2
Our team of professionals will begin collecting at 8pm concluding the service by 12am - taking a photo as record of each collection.
Step 3
Residents will then bring their bins in following the pickup, by 8am the following morning or according to your property policies.
