Valet Trash Questions

Residents should place their trash in the approved or provided bins using closed trash bags no later than 8pm Sunday through Thursday. Bags should not be leaking, punctured or left outside of these bins. Residents should then bring their bins back inside following collection or by 8am the following morning. 

McClean Solutions does not provide a bulk pick-up service. In addition, our professionals will only collect items that have been properly bagged and stowed inside of the approved waste bins. Bags or other items left outside of the bins will not be collected. By adhering to this policy, you reduce the possibility of attracting pests and damaging floors and carpets.

While it’s possible we may not have reached the resident’s door as of yet, we do not guarantee the pick-up of late items. If we have already passed them, they will need to wait until the next scheduled collection day. 

Yes, McClean Solutions is closed on all major holidays and does not provide collection on these days. 

Our regular schedule for valet trash collection is:

  • Monday-Friday 8:00pm – 12:00am.

Trash Out Questions

Our regular schedule for trash-out service is:

  • Monday-Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Saturday: 7:00am – 12:00pm

Bulk items may include, but are not limited to:

  • Furniture
  • Appliances
  • Mattresses
  • Desks
  • Tables
  • Rugs, (which are not still attached)
  • Etc.

We do not include things such as biohazard, live, or deceased, animals, or dangerous chemicals. Please contact our team for more detailed information.

Once removed, we haul all of the items away for proper disposal and or recycling.

No, we offer full-service removal, meaning we can pick items up from wherever they are on your property.

Pricing is based on volume, weight, and accessibility. We provide our ourselves on keeping it simple and fair.

Most customers choose a bi-weekly service, but we also offer weekly and monthly options, depending on your property and budget.
