At McClean Solutions, LLC, we provide services to both the residential and commercial sectors. As both a woman and minority-owned business, we strive to ensure that our core values surpass the expectations of our clients. Our company, which is rooted in the Valet Trash business, was founded from a collectively long history in the service industry – combined with our individual goals for giving back to our community. Today, we have merged the experience of multiple industries to provide services superior to our competitors.

The covid-19 pandemic

In 2020, COVID-19 hit the globe rapidly and unexpectedly.  While there is a high level of uncertainty as to the future of the virus, we agree that our commitment and continuous response is crucial to ensuring the safety of your residents, our team and our families as a whole. We have implemented the following policies and guidelines to be followed by McClean Solutions and all of its staff members.

  • Continuous cleaning of frequently touched surfaces including trucks and other equipment
  • All staff members are required to wear gloves.
  • All staff members are required to wear masks which cover both the nose and mouth.
  • All staff members must wash hands frequently including before and after work.
  • Staff members must practice social distancing when in the presence of others maintaining a distance of 6-feet.
  • All staff members are required to report all domestic and international travel of any kind and submit a negative COVID-19 test prior to returning to work.
  • Any staff member who has been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or who has exhibited symptoms is required to notify us and quarantine according to the CDC guidelines – submitting a negative test prior to returning to work.

Meet our team
Lucretia Poku
CEO & Founder

As founding member of McClean Solutions, Lucretia Poku holds various certifications in those areas including: FMLA, Diversity, Workplace Rights, and Performance Management. In addition, as a Certified Security Training Instructor, she adds more than 15 years of Human Resources, Corporate Security and Operations Management experience to the McClean family.

“To me, the most important part of this job is being able to help keep our neighborhoods and community clean. In my free time, you can usually find me doing something creative and I personally believe you should do something you love everyday. The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is to ‘work smart not hard’ while the most important thing that college taught me was to not follow the crowd and to be true to yourself.”

Dominic Poku
Regional Manager

Dominic Poku, a member of the McClean founding team, is a graduate of Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn, NY. While Mr. Poku’s experience spans a wide range to include: Corporate Security, Food Distribution, Inventory Control and Operations, he received his first years of experience in his family’s own cleaning business which provides much of the inspiration for McClean Solutions, LLC.

“I find that the most inspiring part of this job is the service we are able to provide to others. On Sunday mornings, you will find me spending time with my wife and kids and it is my hope to be able to continue my work helping the homeless and those in need”.
